About the Role We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Intern to join our Communications & Engagement (Events) Department. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of outreach programmes and key business events. Scope of Work/Internship • Provide support in planning and executing business conferences, such as SMEICC and FLAsia. • Assist in planning activities for key events, including Singapore IP Week 2026 on 25 to 27 August. • Assist with responsibilities such as taking notes, facilitating presentations (i.e. preparing speakers), and organising exhibitions. This also involves liaising with IPOS Group partners, speakers, and event vendors to ensure smooth execution of programmes and activities. • Conduct research on major business conferences in the Asia region that have strong relevance to IP.
