About this role
This role provides comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, encompassing staff confirmation and probation administration, where the incumbent coordinates appraisal processes, prepares confirmation and extension letters, and ensures proper documentation. It also includes handling employee queries on HR policies, issuing certification letters for various official purposes, and managing actuarial increment processes. The position oversees government-paid leave administration, ensuring accurate claims submission and tracking, as well as regulatory reporting to authorities such as MOM. Additionally, the role covers end-to-end offboarding, supports HR projects and initiatives, and administers employee benefits. It also contributes to recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management, while providing administrative support to HR Business Partners through manpower tracking and regulatory screening exercises. Position Responsibilities: • Administer end-to-end staff confirmation and probation extension processes, including appraisal coordination, letter preparation, stakeholder communication, and record filing. • Handle employee queries on HR policies and prepare certification letters for official purposes (e.g., bank, visa, PR applications). • Manage actuarial increment processes, including data verification, letter preparation, payroll updates, and documentation. • Oversee government-paid leave administration quarterly, including data compilation, claim submission, necessary tracking, and liaison with authorities and finance. • Support compliance reporting (e.g., MOM labour market surveys) and conduct employee screening exercises. • Manage offboarding processes and maintain proper documentation; support HR projects and SOP updates. • Provide recruitment and HRBP support, including resume screening, interview coordination, job postings, offer management, manpower requisition tracking, and benefits administration. Required Qualifications: • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn • Able to commit from 6 months to 1 year period (full-time: 5 days a week/part-time: 3 days a week) • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with VBA or other tools is a plus.
