UMAMI is a modern Asian deli concept located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD. Built for Taste, we serve warm, comforting, sauce-forward Asian meals made for the everyday workday. We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to support us remotely with content creation, marketing assets, social media planning, and campaign execution. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in food branding, social media, content creation, design, and building a new F&B brand from the ground up. Responsibilities• Create marketing assets such as social media posts, Instagram Stories, menu visuals, posters, and promo graphics. • Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. • Assist with captions, content ideas, and weekly content planning. • Resize and adapt existing visuals for different platforms. • Support campaign launches, new menu promotions, and influencer/PR-related materials. • Help organise content folders, brand references, and marketing assets. • Research social media trends, food content ideas, and competitor references. • Assist with simple marketing admin and campaign tracking. Requirements• Basic Canva, CapCut, or similar editing/design skills. • Able to create clean and visually appealing social media content. • Interested in food, branding, social media, and F&B marketing. • Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. • Able to communicate clearly and work independently from home. • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines. • Prior experience is a plus, but not required. What You’ll Learn• How a new F&B brand is built from the early stage. • How to create content that supports real business and outlet sales. • How to plan and execute social media campaigns. • How food branding, menu launches, customer feedback, and marketing work together. • How to build a real portfolio with actual brand assets and campaign work.
