Operations Coordinator Intern (6 Months) – Commercial/Domestic Cleaning Services We are looking for a hands-on and reliable intern to support our day-to-day operations in this evergreen industry. This role is suited for someone who is organised, responsive, and not afraid to step in on the ground when needed. This internship is a pathway to a full-time Operations role for candidates who perform well and show strong ownership. What You’ll Be Doing: • Coordinate daily job schedules and deployment of cleaning staff and handyman • Ensure smooth communication between team members and operations • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met • Communicate with customers to handle requests, feedback, and issues • Assist with delivery of supplies and equipment to job sites when required • Step in to support basic cleaning duties when manpower is tight • Prepare simple reports using Excel and Word (job tracking, feedback, etc.) • Support general operations and troubleshoot issues on the ground. • Commuting to different clientele's location. What We’re Looking For • Responsible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with hands-on work when required • Good communication skills and able to handle customers professionally • A team player with a positive attitude • Able to work weekends when required • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Class 3A driving license (would be very helpful) • Basic handyman or repair skills
