Job Overview We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager to support internal communication activities related to IT systems, digital initiatives, and organizational programs. This role works closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure information is communicated clearly, consistently, and in a way that supports understanding and adoption. The position requires strong communication capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate technical or system-related information into clear, user-friendly messages. Key Responsibilities Communication Planning and Execution • Develop and support internal communication plans in partnership with management and project teams • Coordinate communication activities to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information related to IT initiatives and organizational changes • Promote open communication channels between IT teams and end users Content Development and Channel Management • Create and maintain internal communication materials across various platforms, including intranet portals, email communications, and digital content • Tailor messages for different stakeholder groups to ensure clarity and relevance • Support communication rollouts for system updates, enhancements, and new implementations Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination • Act as a key point of contact between business users and system or IT owners to capture feedback and ensure alignment • Work with internal departments, regional stakeholders, and external partners to support communication objectives • Facilitate presentations or briefings to stakeholders where required Communication Effectiveness and Improvement • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities and channels • Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve communication processes • Translate system benefits and user impact into clear, structured, and non-technical messaging Requirements Experience and Skills • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field • Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment with diverse stakeholders • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships • Creative approach to communication, including use of digital, web-based, or multimedia content • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Nice to Have • Experience supporting IT, digital, or technology-related initiatives • Familiarity with regulatory or technology risk considerations in Singapore or the APAC region • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders on communication approaches • Willingness to support ad-hoc projects when required Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com with • Education Level • Working experiences • Each employment background • Reason for leaving each employment • Last drawn salary • Expected salary • Date of availability
