About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Organising and executing outreach activities for community and school-based events. • Support the development and execution of social media strategies that align with company objectives. • Create engaging and original content, including photos, videos, reels, and captions, tailored for different target audiences. • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance indicators of marketing campaigns. • Assist in managing advertising and promotional initiatives, including liaising with collaborators and partners. • Carry out other marketing-related administrative and ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Willingness to participate in external events and outreach activities. • Passion for sustainability and community engagement is a bonus. Development of Skills: • Experience in executing marketing campaigns and events. • Insight into marketing strategy, performance analytics, and community outreach. • A strong understanding of branding and market positioning.
