Marketing Intern

VISCOY Pte. Ltd. is a leading provider of inspection technology and solutions for Asset Inspection and Maintenance (AIM) in Southeast Asia. AIM covers a wide range of techniques, including traditional Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), and cutting-edge Robotics and Digital Technologies like AI, IoT, and more. These solutions are used for infrastructure inspection, maintenance, and condition monitoring. 1. Seasonal Task • Update and manage marketing collaterals, including: Brochures for Riezler (new products & redesign), Flyability (company details), Microtrax, TWTG, VYM catalogue, and IoT Solutions catalogue • Support planning and execution of trade shows and events, including: SIWW (June), BEX (September), Hausbot Demo Day/Week (June), and upcoming 2026 exhibitions 2. Recurring Task • Conduct bi-monthly brochure stock take and maintain inventory summary (Coordinate with Goodwill on brochure ordering) • Develop 2 monthly use-case write-ups (new or repurposed content) Content Digital Marketing • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including engagement, likes and follow. • Create and publish monthly social media content • Manage Google Ads and monitor analytics performance (monthly) • Perform website updates (WordPress), including SEO optimization • Generate monthly performance reports for digital marketing activities • Execute email marketing campaigns (bi-weekly) • Design seasonal e-greeting campaigns • Support new product launches • Develop and enhance case studies • Produce bi-weekly newsletters Additionally (If time permits) Sales Support • Assist walk-in clients and direct enquiries to relevant team members (Once or twice a day) • Generate leads from digital marketing • Maintain showroom presentation and marketing material displays • Assist in organizing internal and external events, including trade shows Required Skills & Competencies• Graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) • Video editing and basic videography/photography (e.g. product shoots, explainer content) • Communication Skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Writing Skills Period of Internship: 7-8 Months
