Job Description • Maintaining accurate records of all parts, including incoming and outgoing parts, and ensuring proper storage and organization of parts. • Monitoring current inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and reporting low stock or potential shortages to supervisors. • Assisting with physical counts of parts to verify accuracy and reconcile discrepancies. • Accurately recording parts data, preparing reports on stock levels, and identifying any issues or trends. • Communicating with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and any issues with stock. • Ensuring storage area is kept tidy and well-organized for efficient operations. • Investigating and resolving discrepancies in inventory records or physical parts. • Issuing part to engineer for repairing job • Updating of used part returned from engineer • Preparing return list of parts back to HQ Job Requirement • Diploma in related field or in IT • Minimum 1 year of experience; Fresh Diploma holders are welcome to apply • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Good spoken and written English.
