About this role
Business Function We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Auditor with over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing, assessing, and validating IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks for financial institutions in Singapore. This role requires hands-on expertise in regulatory compliance, security controls, with a focus on MAS technology risk regulations and international security standards. Responsibilities • Execute audit tasks independently and effectively, contributing as a strong team member to the overall success of audit engagements. • Evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with auditee and audit teams to ensure audit findings are addressed. • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Conduct risk assessments and support remediation efforts. • Prepare audit documentation and present findings to senior leadership. Experience & Requirements • We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior IT Auditor with 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial institutions or consulting roles focused on IT risk and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. • Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape, especially MAS Cyber Hygiene Notice, TRM Notice, TRM Guide, and Payment Services regulations. • Proven track record in conducting independent gap assessments and providing practical recommendations for IT control improvements. • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
