About this role
We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern who’s creative, trend-savvy, and passionate about storytelling through social media. As part of the Big 3 Media team, you’ll create engaging short-form content, experiment with fresh ideas, and help shape our brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Whether it’s filming reels, editing videos, brainstorming content concepts, or staying ahead of the latest social trends, you’ll gain real-world experience in a fast-paced and exciting creative environment where no two days are ever the same! Key responsibilities: • Have good understanding of how various social media works and able to create relevant and engaging content (TikTok & Reels) in building a strong community in the video production industry • Assist in Big 3 Media’s social content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn) by creating interesting & engaging brand stories via short-form video, reels, story and post • Shoot and edit videos, and be in front of the camera to execute the content • Travel within Singapore if required for content creation • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices. What are we looking for? • Must be a TikToker with interest in creating content (share with us your TikTok link). • Avid followers of Singaporean social media influencers & have a great sense of what the local content creators arena is like. • Proficient in software such as Capcut, and Canva (able to use Premier Pro/ Final Cut Pro will be a plus) • Ability to research, conceptualize and work independently • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced working environment • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills • A recognized qualification in Art, Media, Communications or equivalent would be advantageous, though not always compulsory • Bonus: If you are a videography enthusiast and have good general knowledge about video production / marketing • Able to commit full time, Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm
