Information: • Location: Tuas South Ave (Provided Company Bus) • Interview Process: 1 rounds & 1 – HR • Salary range: Basic + Company Transport Job Description: (A) Software Technical Services • System Software Maintenance: Daily maintenance, installation, upgrades, user guidance, and configuration of Windows operating systems; including image creation and maintenance. • Application Software Services: Installation, maintenance, and upgrades of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and other business-related software. • User Guidance: Troubleshooting software and hardware issues encountered by users; providing basic training. • Antivirus Maintenance: Installation of antivirus software, virus database updates, and virus removal on client devices. (B) Hardware Maintenance • Installation, debugging, network configuration, peripheral setup, and driver installation. • Hardware fault detection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting. • Providing repair and delivery services for faulty hardware. • Ensuring stable operation of hardware (e.g., hard drives, motherboards, memory) through regular maintenance to extend hardware lifespan. • Providing periodic training and guidance on hardware usage, software operation, and internet access to improve user efficiency. • Assisting with asset tagging, registration, and maintenance cost tracking. (C) Network Support • Terminal network connectivity. • Troubleshooting terminal network issues. • Troubleshooting and configuring connections between switches and terminals. • Supporting wired networks, Wi-Fi, file sharing, and VPN access. (D) Helpdesk Services • Handling tickets assigned by the Call Center and completing them on time. • Performing other Helpdesk tasks assigned by the client. Requirements: • Be familiar with various Windows operating systems and computer hardware (desktops, laptops, etc.). • Have knowledge of basic network hardware and be capable of simple troubleshooting and configuration. • Be able to support office networks, Wi-Fi, file sharing, and VPN. • Be proficient in configuring and using various application software. • At least a minimum of diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with at least two years of relevant work experience. • Possess basic communication skills in both Chinese and English, and be able to support and maintain both language versions of operating systems and software. • Have good customer communication skills and the ability to plan and organize work effectively.
