IT Intern (AI & Automation)

Overview We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to support our AI initiatives aimed at improving and automating current operational processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world AI applications, data handling, and system implementation within a business environment. Students from ITE, Polytechnic, or University are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities• Assist with data acquisition, digitalisation, conversion, and organisation of raw data for AI and analytics projects • Support the development of AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes • Contribute to coding tasks, including AI model development, training, testing, and performance evaluation • Perform basic data analysis and generate visualisations to support business insights and reporting • Assist in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications (e.g. Zoho and related tools) • Support project implementation, including testing, deployment, and monitoring • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and progress reports • Provide general IT and system support where required Requirements• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields (ITE, Polytechnic, or University) • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python and/or Java • Interest or exposure to Artificial Intelligence concepts • Familiarity with data handling, APIs, or automation tools is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team What You Will Gain• Hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions in a business setting • Exposure to real operational challenges and automation projects • Opportunity to work with tools such as Zoho and AI technologies • Practical experience in data processing, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives
