About this role
In this role, you will be responsible for: • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via various channels such as in-person, phone, email, or remote assistance (MSFT Teams). • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripheral devices. • Basic Microsoft 365 Administration • Active Directory Administration • Collaborate with team members to deploy software updates, patches, and security configurations. • Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets. • Inventory Management System • Re-issuance and disposal of old IT equipment • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams. • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols. • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT support field and recommend improvements or upgrade to enhance productivity and efficiency. • Training will be provided • Preferably a Singaporean or SPR, commitment period is flexible and can be discussed (3/6/9months) • Job rotation between department is also possible
