Job Description & Requirements We are looking for an IT intern who can commit to at least 3 months. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure, working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities • Assist in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, including operating systems and applications • Observe and support Microsoft 365 administration tasks (Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange, Defender) • Provide Level 1 support: log, diagnose, and resolve basic IT issues for local and remote users • Update and maintain help-desk tickets and documentation • Regularly update asset inventory lists • Collaborate on IT projects, coordinating with vendors under supervision • Ad hoc assignments from the IT Manager • Learning Opportunities • Hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and platforms • Exposure to Microsoft 365 suite and cloud SaaS environments • Practical understanding of network architecture and security fundamentals • Mentorship from experienced IT professionals • Development of problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills • Requirements • Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • Able to commit for at least 3 months (5 days per week), preferably starting in 2025 • Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and networking conceptsation Technology, or a related field • Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and networking concepts • Eagerness to learn Microsoft 365 and cloud-based server administration • Proactive and attentive to detail • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
