Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Murex and treasury technology projects in a banking environment, managing cross-functional teams through planning, governance, testing, implementation, and production readiness. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of Murex and treasury technology projects to achieve timely and quality outcomes • Track and report on project scope, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project alignment and risk mitigation • Coordinate collaboration among business, technology, testing, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive project progress • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, cutover, and go-live activities to ensure smooth deployment • Manage Murex system upgrades, releases, migrations, and production implementations to maintain system integrity and performance • Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and governance updates to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage escalations, and track delivery progress to resolve issues and maintain alignment • Support operational readiness and ensure effective handover to Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams for ongoing support Required competencies and certifications • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline • Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience within banking or financial services • Proven ability to manage cross-functional technology projects involving multiple stakeholders • Hands-on experience with Murex, treasury systems, or capital markets platforms • Experience managing Murex upgrades, migrations, testing, release management, and cutover activities • Knowledge of treasury or capital markets products such as FX, rates, fixed income, or derivatives • Experience managing SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage diverse teams and senior leaders Preferred competencies and qualifications • Prior banking experience involving Murex delivery or treasury transformation projects • Exposure to regulatory, risk, finance, or operations-related banking initiatives • PMP, Scrum, Agile, or ITIL certification
