Job Summary Lead application development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals while managing risks and coordinating stakeholders across technical and business teams. Responsibilities • Lead and manage application development and implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Coordinate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to align project objectives and progress • Provide technical guidance using programming and database expertise to support design, development, and troubleshooting activities • Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges promptly to maintain project momentum • Prepare comprehensive project plans, status reports, and documentation for management and stakeholder review Required competencies and certifications • Demonstrated experience working in the banking industry with knowledge of financial systems and regulatory requirements • Proven ability to manage application projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and delivery • Effective communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams • Hands-on knowledge of programming languages, SQL, database management systems, and IT infrastructure • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and operational challenges Preferred competencies and qualifications • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (preferred but not mandatory)
