About this role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with an experienced HR team to support key workforce initiatives and organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities:• Partner with division leaders to understand manpower needs and provide practical, business‑focused HR solutions • Support talent acquisition efforts, including candidate engagement, attraction, outreach, interview coordination, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience • Address day‑to‑day employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals • Support ad‑hoc HR projects and contribute to the review and improvement of HR processes as required Requirements:• Degree in any discipline • Singapore Citizen • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Meticulous, resourceful, and highly self‑motivated • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities
