About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Digitize physical HR P-files into secure electronic records. • Scan, upload, and organize documents according to HR filing standards. • Ensure accuracy in file naming and categorization. • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HR data policies. • Provide daily progress updates on files uploaded. Requirements: • Strong computer literacy (scanning, file management, MS Office). • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. • Good organizational skills and ability to meet daily targets. • Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage but not required. • Students on attachment or fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome. Contract Terms: • Short-term contract until 31 May 2026. • Daily/hourly rate based on agency or school arrangement.
