About this role
Job description: • Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers on IT initiatives. • Working in close collaboration with the strategic sourcing and procurement colleagues, group legal and IT stakeholders to protect and to optimize the value from the supply market. • Ensure compliance to policies, process standards and guidelines. • Provide advice on contracts, explain impact of contract gaps and mitigate contract risks to the stakeholders effectively and collaboratively. • Ensure the right risk culture through strong communication lines with stakeholders and colleagues. Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT procurement, contract management or vendor management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. • Strong knowledge of IT contracts, licensing, service agreements and procurement processes. • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Understanding of risk management principles and ability to identify and mitigate contract risks. • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
