We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Junior Marketing Assistant Manager to support the planning and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role supports integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels and contributes to marketing strategies that support business growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong marketing fundamentals, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution skills while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Planning & Execution• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels • Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop campaign messaging and media plans • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution • Monitor campaign performance and support optimization to improve effectiveness and ROI 2. Brand & Content Management• Ensure brand messaging consistency across marketing channels • Support the development of marketing materials including digital ads, EDMs, social media content, and promotional assets • Assist in managing marketing calendars and product launch activities • Work with creative agencies to produce engaging content aligned with brand guidelines 3. Performance Marketing & Analytics• Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports • Support CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities • Contribute insights to improve future campaign planning 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work with product, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing activities • Coordinate with agencies, media vendors, and suppliers for campaign execution • Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and tracking spend efficiency QualificationsRequirements• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C or customer-focused industries • Experience supporting digital and offline marketing campaigns • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (preferred) • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret basic performance data • Good project coordination and communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong execution capability • Exposure to telecom, fintech, or digital consumer brands is an advantage • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to use AI tools for basic marketing and design support Core Skills• Go-to-Market (GTM) support • Campaign coordination • Digital marketing basics • Data analysis & reporting • Content creation support • Cross-functional coordination • Marketing operations • AI-assisted marketing tools UEN: 202329526G EA Licence: 23S2061
