About this role
Overview A leading financial institution is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Management Analyst to support the Payments & Settlement Taskforce within Group Operations. This role will provide administrative and project coordination support to drive initiatives focused on strengthening controls and optimising manual payment settlement processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in project tracking, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and management communications within a fast-paced banking environment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and well-prepared • Track project actions, deliverables, and timelines to ensure timely completion and escalation of issues where necessary • Maintain and enhance project trackers to provide clear visibility of project status, risks, and milestones • Prepare and refine management presentations, project updates, and reporting materials for senior stakeholders • Support project governance activities, documentation, and meeting minutes • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, technology, and business teams to facilitate smooth project execution • Assist with ad-hoc reviews, analysis, and operational initiatives as assigned Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience in project management, PMO, or project coordination roles within financial institutions • Exposure to banking operations, payments, settlements, or operational transformation initiatives • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Experience managing project trackers, timelines, and stakeholder communications • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments • Self-driven team player with a positive and solution-oriented mindset Interested candidates may send in their resume and cover letter directly to gem.cabria@manpower.com.sg (R1434374), stating the position as the subject title in the email.
