About this role
We are seeking a candidate to fill the role of a Junior Project Manager. The primary role of this position is to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, prepare management reporting and support project governance. This role will work closely with PMO lead, project managers, workstream leads, business and technical stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up of deliverables, action, risks and decisions. • Project Delivery support: support day-to-day coordination of project activities, track key milestones to ensure progress is monitored closely, prepare and maintain project plan, RAID logs and action trackers • Reporting and management update: prepare regular project status reports & dashboard for management review, consolidate update from different workstreams for project level reporting, highlight key risk, issues, dependencies that require attention • Governance: coordinate governance forum e.g. PSC, support preparation of meeting materials, and follow-up on action items for closure, and ensure meeting cadence is managed in a timely and structure manner Requirements • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management or PMO support. • Certification in relevant project or PMO discipline would be advantage e.g. PMP, PRINCE2. • Experience with project reporting, action tacking, RAID log management and milestone monitoring. • Experience in preparing meeting materials, minutes and follow-up action items for governance forum. • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation preparation. • Experience in project management tools and/or dashboard reporting tool (e.g. PowerBI) would be an advantage. • Experience in FI industry would be an advantage. • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
