SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities • Lead technology innovation and digital transformation solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. • Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures that are scalable, resilient, and secure. • Champion AI adoption for automation, process optimization, and architecture modernization. • Conduct POCs, technical assessments, and feasibility studies to evaluate emerging technologies and solutions. • Partner with customer experience and marketing business to improve net promotor scores and generate upsell opportunities. • Build AI driven solutions and tools to improve distributors and partners sales experience. • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical blueprints. • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards. • Prepare and present solution architectures in governance local and Asia governance forums. • Act as an internal consultant to craft business transformation proposals and lead implementation through interim architectures. • Evaluate vendor solutions for architecture risk, security, resiliency, and availability. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong exposure to digital transformation. • Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies. • Expertise in cloud-native microservices (Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI). • Strong knowledge of application security, architectural frameworks, and engineering best practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). • Familiarity with architecture as a code design. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment. • Insurance domain knowledge is a plus. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. • Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects within financial services or insurance. • Certifications in cloud platforms, or AI technologies is a plus.
