About the RoleWe are hiring a Recruitment Executive to take full ownership of day-to-day recruitment operations in-house. This is not a support-only role! You will be responsible for managing the recruitment workflow independently, from sourcing to screening and coordination. The Recruitment Manager will be focusing on higher-level strategy, so consistency and accountability are key. This is a long-term role for someone serious about recruitment as a career. Responsibilities• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals • Screen resumes and conduct phone call interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Follow up with candidates throughout the process • Track weekly hiring progress and maintain KPI records • Update candidate database and assist with basic admin tasks Requirements• Strong ownership and accountability • Self-driven and able to work independently • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Good communication and organisation skills • Long-term mindset • Training provided — attitude matters most
