About this role
Responsibilities(including but not limited to): a. Account management (create/update/delete/review accounts in Systems Services such as AD, OS, CSP) b. Deploy/update/decommission Windows & Linux servers c. Perform OS patching and infra-related system services deployments d. Monitor system resource utilization, service availability and to attend to all unhealthy system state in time e. Ensure servers are updated with latest OS and supporting infra-related software components (i.e. infra services, drivers, agents, etc) f. Provide day-to-day infra-systems operations support g. Perform Microsoft 365 operational tasks h. Backup operations i. Cloud operational support (AWS, Azure, M365, Huawei) j. Process Infra-related systems Service and Change Requests k. Troubleshoot and escalate to Senior Systems Support Engineer or vendor support l. Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines and procedures m. Systems Support Engineers shall possess demonstrable knowledge and practical experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with specific proficiency in Terraform, HCP Cloud and GitHub, which are the designated tools used for infrastructure provisioning and code repository management
