Junior Training Operations Assistant (Education)

Salary: $2580 - $3000 Location: Paya Lebar Contract: 3-6 months Working hours: Mon-Fri, ffice hours About the role You will support the smooth delivery of training programmes by managing administrative and operational tasks within a structured training environment. Key responsibilities • Setting up courses and managing class intakes in the learning system • Creating make-up sessions for learners when required • Assisting with weekly course closure and checking assessment records • Supporting trainers with basic system and administrative matters • Helping with daily operational duties, including morning support tasks • Preparing and maintaining weekly class schedules • Coordinating trainer bookings for training deployment • Tracking training materials and maintaining inventory • Arranging classroom bookings based on training schedules • Assisting with monthly administrative submissions About you • Diploma in any discipline • Open to candidates with little or no prior experience (training will be provided) • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word • Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with learning systems (e.g. STEP) is a plus but not required By sending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV), you are deemed to consent to PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.persolsingapore.com .
