The Company Our client, a leading insurer, is hiring a Deputy Head of Human Resources. The Role Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Deputy Head of HR supports the development and execution of the organisation’s people strategy and leads enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, organisational effectiveness, and HR operational excellence. This role partners closely with senior management on workforce and manpower planning, organisational design, succession planning, and talent development, while overseeing the full employee lifecycle, learning and development, HR process improvement, and office administration. The role also deputises for the HR Head and leads, coaches, and develops the HR and Administration team to build a high performance, service oriented function. Your Profile The ideal candidate holds a degree in HRM or relevant professional qualifications, has at least 10 years of HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, and demonstrates strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices. Experience driving enterprise-wide change, strong influencing and communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and exposure to the insurance, financial services, or listed company environment will be advantageous.
