Job Summary Join Flavorworks Singapore Pte Ltd as a Kitchen Assistant supporting chefs in food preparation and timely delivery. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety while contributing to a positive team environment at our Orchard Central location. Responsibilities • Prepare food by chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients to support meal production • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work surfaces to uphold hygiene standards • Follow recipes and food safety protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes • Restock and replenish ingredients and supplies to maintain kitchen readiness • Assist the kitchen team in delivering orders promptly to meet customer expectations • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective teamwork • Perform additional duties assigned by management to support kitchen operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, or pastry environment, preferably in a similar role • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure to meet operational demands • Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures as required • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to food safety and hygiene Other Information • This position is open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only
