POSITIONGENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Must have · Production Support / SRE (L2 Operations) o 12+years Strong experience in incident management, platform stability, anddistributed systems support · Linux& Scripting Expertise o Hands-on with Linux commands + shell/Python/ scripting · Monitoring& Observability Tools o Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, alerting, dashboards · Java& Application Troubleshooting o Working knowledge of Java (1.8+) and end-to-end issue debugging o Strong expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis for incident resolution) · Programming Languages o Exposure to C, C++, Go, Perl, Ruby · Strong experience in incident management and distributed systems support , excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills & automation of operational tasks · Support onboarding and guidance of junior team members Good-to-Have Skills · Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Blaze Meter) · Exposure to payments or real-time transaction systems · Understanding of DevOps and automation practices Soft Skills · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
