About this role
Responsibilities Support the Compliance Manager in day-to-day tasks, including: • Assisting with regulatory research and monitoring updates • Helping prepare compliance reports and documentation • Maintaining compliance records and filing systems • Assisting with internal policy reviews and audits • Assisting with onboarding checks (KYC / AML support) • Ad hoc compliance projects as assigned • Learn about real estate regulations, corporate governance, and internal controls Requirements • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good analytical and research abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Interest in compliance, corporate governance, and real estate • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
