Logistic and Transport Manager

Attachment Description The Logistic and Transport Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of seafood and food supplies while maintaining quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance. Specific Responsibilities 1. Arrange and manage daily delivery of food items and ingredients between kitchen, outlets, and customers. 2. Ensure food is delivered on time, safely, and in good condition, following hygiene requirements. 3. Check that chilled and frozen food is transported properly using chillers or insulated containers. 4. Assign and supervise drivers’ daily routes and schedules. 5. Oversee company vehicles, including cleanliness, basic maintenance, and servicing arrangements. 6. Handle day-to-day delivery issues such as delays, missing items, or vehicle problems. 7. Coordinate closely with kitchen, purchasing, and outlet staff to meet daily operational needs. 8. Keep simple records for deliveries, fuel usage, and vehicle servicing. 9. Ensure drivers follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety rules. 10. Follow company policies and comply with relevant Singapore regulations. Technical Skills and Competencies 1.
