Lounge Attendant – Private Banking  Role Overview  We are seeking Lounge Attendants to provide professional hospitality and operational support within Private Banking lounge environments, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.  Key Responsibilities  The Lounge Attendant will be responsible for, but not limited to:  • Welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner upon arrival  • Assisting and guiding visitors to designated meeting rooms  • Serving beverages and light refreshments to guests  • Assisting guests during departure in a professional manner  • Resetting meeting rooms after each use to ensure readiness for subsequent meetings  • Maintaining meeting rooms in a clean, orderly, and presentable condition  • Conducting regular checks to ensure meeting rooms are operational and well-maintained  • Reporting maintenance issues or defects (e.g. lighting, furniture, cleanliness) promptly to the relevant teams  • Supporting other operational tasks related to Private Banking lounge services as required  Requirements  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company guidelines  • Adhere to uniform requirements during working hours where applicable  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders  • Deliver service in line with private banking service standards  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth lounge operations  Others  • Job Type: Contract - 12 Months (Extendable)  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8.30AM – 6PM)  • Working location: Central, Singapore  This is an outsource role  If your skills & experience match the requirement, please share your updated CV in MS Word Format stating your current, expected salary details & availability at zhuxuan.xu@rmagroup.com.sg to take it forward.  “This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
