JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is hiring for a Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform) internship — a 12-month, on-site Government Policy role based in Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. About this role
Key Responsibilities • Application Development: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (i.e., Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse) to support project governance and automation. • Workflow Automation: Develop complex automated workflows and dynamic approval routing, including escalation processes and notification applications to streamline business impact assessments. • Logic Configuration: Implement "smart" logic within forms and workflows, such as dynamic questioning, conditional routing to reviewers, and support for partial or full approval cycles. • Feature Integration: Build collaborative features, such as multi-user editing and targeted feedback on specific form sections with audit trails and timestamps for user actions. • Platform Administration & Deployment: Demonstrate understanding of Power Platform environments, security roles, and solution management to ensure proper application governance, user access controls, and seamless deployment across development, testing, and production environments. • Data Migration & Integration: Migrate and transform data from legacy sources into Dataverse, ensuring data integrity and proper mapping of relationships. • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous functional and non-functional testing to ensure application stability, security, and performance. • Technical Documentation: Author (sequencing of the requirements) and maintain comprehensive technical specifications, user manuals, and support documentation for all developed solutions. Experience and Skills Required · At least 4+ years of experience in application development such as on Microsoft Power Platform or other Low code environments · Familiarity with agile development practices including test driven development and working in sprint-based delivery cycles. · Hands-on configuration experience in Power Platform features include rules engine, workflow, process logic, data validation, and screen flows. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in notification applications, escalation processes, and automated reminders. · Experience in Singapore Government projects is beneficial. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and limitations, particularly within WOG-tenant · Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. PL-900, PL-200) are beneficial.
