JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is hiring for a Senior Product Manager (Microsoft Power Platform) internship — a 12-month, on-site Government Policy role based in Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. It is open to university students, typically in Year 2–4. Applicants with experience in Digital Transformation, Business Roadmaps, Product lifecycle management (PLM), Process Improvement, and Product Requirements are a strong fit.
About this role
Key Responsibilities: · Own the product lifecycle from problem definition through delivery and continuous improvement. · Engage users to understand needs, pain points, and problem statements. · Conduct as-is and to-be process mapping and facilitate process redesign sessions to identify consolidation and improvement opportunities. · Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business outcomes. · Translate business and user needs into clear requirements for technical team. · Work closely with users to design, build, test, and release product features for every sprint, ensuring timely achievement of roadmap goals. · Monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and iterate the product to maximize value and adoption. · User requirements and design documentation are to be completed and handed over accordingly to support the build phase. · Support users to drive change and product usage. Experience and Skills Required: · At least 7 years of experience of delivering measurable business outcomes through digital product transformation. · Proven experience in conducting requirement gathering and translating findings into clear product requirements. · Proven experience in conducting process mapping and facilitating process redesign to drive business transformation. · Ability to define success metrics and evaluate whether MVP outcomes have been achieved. · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills · Familiarity with agile product development methodologies. · Experience in delivering digital products within Singapore Government. · Familiarity with low-code platforms or no-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform (i.e., Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse) · Relevant certifications such as Certified Product Owner or Certified Business Analyst (BA)
