Leading A1 Main Contractor (Top 5 in Singapore) We are currently seeking M&E Engineers and Senior M&E Engineers to join a leading Main Contractor delivering large-scale building construction projects across Singapore. Projects: Healthcare, Commercial, Mixed Used Construction Projects Position 1: M&E Engineer/Coordinator (Upto SG$6,500) Position 2: Senior M&E Engineer/Coordinator (Upto SG$8,500) Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary: 5 Days Work, Salary (Negotiable) + AWS + Variable Bonus (upto 2.5 Months), OT Paid • Additional Perks: Dental & Medical Insurance, Salary Review (3 Months), Travel Allowance & more ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate and manage Mechanical and Electrical works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on M&E technical matters • Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions • Monitor site progress and ensure works align with construction programmes • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems • Resolve M&E coordination issues with architectural and structural teams • Ensure compliance with authority requirements, safety standards, and quality control • Support the M&E Manager, Project Manager in site coordination, reporting, and progress tracking REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building construction projects, preferably with a Main Contractor • Strong experience in M&E coordination, site execution, and project delivery • Familiar with Singapore construction practices, authority requirements, and submission processes • Strong communication, coordination, and technical problem-solving skills CAREER PROSPECT This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor offering strong career progression within a supportive working environment.
