Leading A1 Building Main Contractor (Top 5 in Singapore) We are currently seeking M&E Managers and Senior M&E Engineers for major building construction projects to join a leading Main Contractor delivering large-scale building construction projects across Singapore. Projects: HDB, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Mixed Used Construction Projects Position 1: M&E Manager - Upto SG$ 10,500 (Highly Negotiable) Position 2: Senior M&E Engineer - Upto SG$ 8,500 (Highly Negotiable) Eligibility: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary: Manager Allowance ($600), 5 Days Work, Salary (Negotiable) + AWS + Variable Bonus (upto 3.5 Months), OT Paid • Additional Perks: Dental & Medical Insurance, Salary Review (3 Months), Travel Allowance & more ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee and manage Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all M&E technical and coordination matters • Review and manage shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions • Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are carried out in accordance with project schedules • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure successful project delivery • Resolve coordination issues between M&E, architectural, and structural disciplines • Ensure compliance with authority requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards • Support project planning, cost control, and reporting activities related to M&E works • Lead and supervise M&E teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient site execution (for Manager level) • Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers and site staff REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering • Minimum 5–12 years of relevant experience in building construction projects with a Main Contractor • Strong experience in M&E coordination, site execution, and project delivery • Experience in large-scale building projects such as healthcare, commercial, or mixed-use developments • Good understanding of Singapore construction practices, authority requirements, and submission processes • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills • Leadership experience and ability to manage teams and subcontractors (for Manager level) CAREER PROSPECT This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor offering strong career progression within a supportive working environment.
