Maintenance Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities: • Perform Operation and Maintenance activities including both Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM). • Handle defect management, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of measurement equipment. • Monitor overall system health and ensure system availability and performance. • Perform repair and calibration independently in accordance with the technical manual and procedures without supervision. • Ensure repair and calibration services meet turnaround time and service quality requirements. • Support and maintain computer-based information systems, networking infrastructure, and related equipment. • Provide support for servers, workstations, switches, routers, data storage systems, displays, and other airport/operational systems. • Support virtual machine environments and Unix/Linux systems. • Assist in cybersecurity operations and monitoring activities. • Utilize monitoring tools such as IBM Tivoli, SolarWinds, or similar platforms. • Prepare technical documentation and reports as required. • Operate and support computer-controlled automatic testing equipment. Requirements: • Experience n maintenance of Computer-based Information System or Networking or Diploma with minimum of 4 years of relevant maintenance experience • Knowledge in ICT, networking, cybersecurity, servers, workstations, switches and routers, data storage, 2k x 2k displays, Unix/Linux systems and monitoring tools (IBM Tivoli, Solarwind etc.) • Candidates with relevant maintenance and technical support experience are encouraged to apply. • Able to work independently and perform troubleshooting, repair and calibration independently in accordance to the technical manual and procedures with minimal supervision and must be able to meet the turnaround time and all service requirements. • Have technical writing ability and advanced knowledge of computer-controlled automatic testing equipment Good technical writing and problem-solving skills.
