Job Responsibilities :- • Perform daily operations tasks • To perform opening shift and closing shift operations in accordance to roster • In-charge of stock check & ordering, confirm the condition of all delivery items are within specifications, and ensure proper storage of all stocks • Provide service excellence to our customers and able to handle complaints and perform service recovery • Oversee that all equipment of the entire store are fully-functioning, taking initiative for simple repair works where necessary • Manage inventory control and usage • Undertake any operations related duties as assigned by the Store in Charge / Manager On Duty • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirement :- • Team player and independent • Good working attitude
