About NodeFlairNodeFlair runs Singapore’s largest tech talent community today by providing accurate career data - salaries, jobs, reviews, and more. We provide recruitment services to companies via headhunting and software subscriptions. Why we’re hiringWe are looking for someone highly ambitious to excel as a headhunter and eventually manage the entire headhunting business. You will work directly with our founder Ethan. Responsibilities• Find stellar candidates and companies to brokerage a deal • Build long-term relationship with both candidates and companies • Calls, calls, calls!! • …and do whatever the leadership advices to do (it’s good for you) QualificationsAt some point in your life, someone told you: • “you work super hard” • “you move really fast” • “you are very chatty” (and people love talking and hanging out with you!) We don’t need any prior experience. We believe Hunger and Humility breeds top performing Consultants. Also, we prioritise people who have done a lot at a young age and accumulated wisdom.
