Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, staff coordination, and administrative support, preparing for future leadership roles through structured training and development. Responsibilities • Assist in executing daily business and operational activities to support smooth outlet functioning • Support outlet operations by collaborating with teams to enhance customer service and team coordination • Monitor and evaluate service standards and operational efficiency to ensure quality delivery • Support supervisors and managers in scheduling staff and managing workflow for optimal productivity • Assist in inventory control and stock management to maintain adequate supplies • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to enhance customer satisfaction • Participate actively in training programs and contribute to performance evaluations for continuous improvement • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures to maintain compliance • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to facilitate management decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B, or related fields preferred • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the company • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members • Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated leadership potential and problem-solving abilities • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
