About Us AGrader Learning Centre is a tuition and enrichment chain with 21 outlets islandwide. We are looking for a dependable, people-oriented individual who is ready to take on operational responsibility and grow into managing a centre. What You Will Do You will undergo structured onboarding before progressively taking on full ownership of your assigned branch. Your responsibilities will cover: • Run the daily operations of your assigned branch — covering student enrolment, class scheduling, documentation, and fee collection, among others • Address enquiries from parents on programmes, schedules, and fees accurately and professionally across walk-in, phone, and messaging platforms • Serve as the main point of contact for teachers and HQ on centre matters • Coordinate a small centre team of part-time staff to keep daily operations running on time and to standard • Take ownership of an assigned business sub-role — for example, tracking student retention, coordinating teacher schedules, or managing programme rollouts • Engage with students and parents directly and professionally at every touchpoint What You Will Gain This role gives you early, hands-on exposure to both operations and people management.
