Manager (Strategic Operations & Transformation) – 1-Year ContractBe Part of a High-Impact Team Driving Transformation & Innovation Looking for a role where your work directly supports senior leadership, drives meaningful organisational change, and shapes how a team operates and collaborates? My client is seeking a driven, resourceful and organised Manager to join them in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in supporting strategic operations, vendor partnerships, workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and transformation projects that improve how the organisation works. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, improving systems, and making things happen behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing Drive Vendor & Procurement Excellence• Manage end-to-end vendor processes from sourcing to contract management • Support procurement activities including tenders, evaluations, and renewals • Work with service providers to ensure strong performance and value-for-money outcomes • Explore and assess new digital tools and solutions (including AI-enabled platforms) Support Organisational Planning & Leadership Operations• Maintain key workforce and organisational data for leadership reporting • Support audit coordination and ensure documentation readiness • Help manage division-wide engagement activities such as townhalls and team events • Support internal administrative and governance processes Enhance Digital Workplace & Collaboration• Improve internal knowledge sharing platforms and digital workspaces • Support onboarding programmes for new team members • Help streamline how information and resources are organised and accessed Be Part of Strategic Projects That Matter• Support cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and efficiency • Contribute ideas to enhance productivity and ways of working What We’re Looking For• Degree in any discipline • 4–8 years of experience in operations, procurement, PMO, consulting, corporate planning, or transformation roles • Experience in vendor management or procurement processes is a strong advantage • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Prior experience in the IT industry will be advantageous.
