Job Summary Support and enhance Zeno Exhibition’s marketing efforts by managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, assisting campaign execution, conducting market research, and providing administrative support to drive brand visibility and business alignment. Responsibilities • Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) by scheduling and publishing posts according to the content calendar • Monitor social media engagement (likes, comments, messages) and respond appropriately to foster community interaction • Track and report on social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth to inform strategy • Create engaging content including captions, short-form videos, and visuals to support marketing objectives • Assist in shooting and editing content for exhibition projects and events to enhance promotional materials • Collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials such as posts, banners, and reels that align with brand messaging • Develop storytelling content for completed projects and case studies to showcase company achievements • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote exhibitions, trade shows, and events • Prepare marketing materials for client presentations and pitches to support sales efforts • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with business goals and objectives • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media presence to identify new marketing opportunities • Maintain content calendars and marketing schedules to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and posts • Organize digital assets including photos, videos, and project materials for easy access and use • Assist in preparing reports on marketing performance to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide improvements Preferred competencies and qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field • Basic content creation skills, including photo and video editing (photo/video editing tools knowledge is a plus) • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Good writing and communication skills applied to marketing content development • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail • Knowledge of design and editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite • Experience managing social media accounts through personal or school projects • Interest in events, exhibitions, or the design industry
