Marketing Assistant (3 months)

• Up to $3,600 per month • ASAP - 30 Sept 2026 • Lavender MRT • Mon - Fri, office hours Responsibilities: • Liaise with appointed agencies and stakeholders to coordinate the timely publication of social media content, review materials, facilitate feedback and approvals, and ensure alignment with communication plans and objectives. • Assist in the preparation of presentation slides, reports, and materials for senior management, ensuring content is accurate, well-structured, and professionally presented. • Provide secretariat and logistical support for meetings, councils, and engagement activities, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, following up on action items, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. • Provide administrative and operational support for ad-hoc assignments and daily office functions to ensure responsive and effective team support. Requirements: • Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant disciplines. • Proficient in Canva with good writing and communication skills • Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
