About this role
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to assist with co-ordination and execution of community programmes. • Basic up to $4,500 per month + Completion bonus (1-month) • 1-year contract • Mon - Fri, office hours • Lavender MRT What to expect: • Coordinate briefings and training sessions for stakeholders, including trainers, service providers, and operational partners to support programme implementation. • Manage stakeholder communications, including tracking training attendance, monitoring participation, and gathering feedback to support continuous improvement. • Provide targeted support through small-group clinics and hands-on guidance for users requiring additional assistance with digital systems and processes. • Provide administrative and operational support for user study sessions, including coordination, scheduling, and documentation. • Process trainer applications and support trainer-related administrative matters to ensure smooth onboarding and operational continuity. Who we are looking for: • Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of Programme Co-ordination or relevant experience. • Meticulous and highly motivated, open to taking on challenges and driving digital transformation initiatives. • Able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
