Marketing Executive (Changi Airport)

Job Details: • Contract Duration: 12 Months • Location: Changi Airport Job responsibilities Programmes operation support. • Manage and close customer enquiries. • Support the conceptualization and delivery of AI Chatbot to facilitate customer enquiries digitally. • Support in the testing of company new digital booking platforms, including testing the platform(s), flagging issues, and documenting feedback Marketing support • Conduct verification and manage the process of payment of incentives schemes. • Assist with marketing campaign materials, including content checks, copywriting, and updates to collaterals. • Support in event organisation, including coordination with stakeholders and RSVP monitoring • Perform any other duties as assigned including ad-hoc projects and marketing operations.  Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in communications or marketing will be advantageous. • Strong writing and communication skills • Comfortable using digital tools and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools). • Able to effectively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
