About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Intern to support the execution of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on event planning, coordination, and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, managing details, and ensuring campaigns and events run smoothly from end to end. What You’ll Do Event Planning & Execution Support the planning and execution of online and offline events (e.g., webinars, workshops, industry events) Coordinate logistics including venue, vendors, speakers, and materials Assist in on-site event execution and troubleshooting. Marketing Operations Help manage campaign timelines, checklists, and execution workflows Coordinate across internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure smooth delivery Maintain marketing assets, event documentation, and databases. Campaign Support Assist in email campaigns, event promotions, and follow-ups Track basic campaign metrics (attendance, engagement, leads) Support post-event reporting and insights collection. What We’re Looking For Undergraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage timelines effectively. Good communication and coordination skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. Nice to Have Prior internship or experience in event planning or marketing ops. Familiarity with tools like Excel, Notion, HubSpot, or similar. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in real marketing execution (not just planning). Exposure to end-to-end event management. Experience working cross-functionally in a startup environment.
