Internship Overview The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing initiatives, with a key focus on event preparation and coordination. This internship provides hands-on exposure to event marketing, stakeholder coordination, and operational follow-ups within a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities • Support the planning and preparation of a marketing event scheduled in July 2026 • Coordinate logistics related to event spaces, product displays, and marketing artwork • Assist in liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Head of Department and Marketing Executive, including follow-ups and tracking of action items • Assist with documentation, scheduling, and progress updates related to marketing activities • Perform other ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned Learning Objectives / Outcomes • Gain practical experience in event marketing planning and execution • Develop stakeholder coordination and professional communication skills • Understand internal marketing operations and project follow-up processes • Exposure to working with senior management in a structured corporate setting Requirements • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
