This role sits at the heart of that effort. Role Overview As a Marketing Intern / Marketing Executive, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns, create content across social media platforms, and contribute fresh ideas that reflect our brand voice and resonate with our audience. This role is ideal for students or early-career candidates interested in: • Digital marketing and campaign management • Social media content creation and strategy • Brand storytelling and creative direction • Marketing analytics and performance optimisation • Real-world marketing in an education brand Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute marketing campaigns focused on student recruitment and brand awareness • Create social media content including captions, post copy, and visual concepts • Develop and maintain content calendars with consistent scheduling • Generate creative ideas that align with our brand voice and audience • Monitor platform engagement and propose improvements based on performance • Support ad-hoc marketing and outreach initiatives as needed Preferred Skills Experience in one or more of the following is beneficial: • Canva or other design tools • Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) • Copywriting and caption writing • Basic photo or video editing • Content planning and scheduling tools • Marketing analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) Strong creativity and willingness to learn matter more than a polished resume. Assessment Task Shortlisted candidates will be given a short take-home task to assess their thinking and creativity.
