We operate across multiple areas: • Software development • B2B solutions • Business services • Marketing & creative • SaaS platforms (including SUNNY Club) About the RoleWe are looking for a Polytechnic / University student to take ownership of marketing operations for SUNNY NAILS, with future exposure to other business units within the Group. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will work directly with founders and management, enabling fast decision-making and real execution of your ideas. This role can evolve into a full-time position based on your performance and results What You Will Get• Exposure to all areas of marketing (digital &offline, product marketing, B2C & B2B) • Mentorship from management with 20+ years of Sales & Marketing experience • Real ownership — not just execution, but building marketing systems • Work across multiple products:   ◦ Beauty services   ◦ Gift cards & deposits   ◦ Online courses   ◦ SUNNY Club partnership program • Direct access to decision-makers → fast implementation of ideas • Clear growth path: Marketing Intern → Marketing Lead → Group Marketing Director • Base salary: 1000 SGD + performance bonuses • Complimentary services from our team on a monthly basis Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a bold, creative, and driven individual who is serious about building a career in marketing and growing into a high-level marketing professional Responsibilities• Run end-to-end marketing operations for SUNNY NAILS • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns • Provide regular reporting to management • Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok) • Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels • Work with designers or create simple visuals independently • Manage content calendar and ensure consistency • Analyze performance and continuously optimize results ✅ Requirements• Strong interest in marketing as a career (This role is not for exploration — we are looking for someone committed to marketing) • Creative thinking with strong content generation skills • Basic copywriting skills (ability to adapt tone to audience) • Good sense of visual design • Basic photo/video production skills (mobile is acceptable; advanced is a plus) • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ⏱ • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment • High level of accuracy, discipline, and responsibility • Singapore Citizen or PR Working ConditionsWe expect you to be fully committed outside of your academic schedule.
